Aerodynamic Perfection
Our backward swept impeller design with splitter blades puts the peak efficiency on a stable part of the curve. Having a higher rise to surge allows for safer operation throughout the entire flow range. Radial or Forward Swept impellers are most efficient near surge conditions and are susceptible to tripping the blower off or causing damage.
High speed permanent magnet motors offer superior efficiency at partial load as compared to traditional induction motors. The patented NO-0675821 forced cooling systems of our motors allow a longer life, even in the hottest environments.
Tilt Pad Force Lubricated Bearings
The GB Series utilize force lubricated tilt pad bearings proven to be a 30-year robust platform. Add SO-INFINITY lubricant and enjoy up to 90,000 hours of constant service between lubricant changes.
